Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for an Affordable Leasing Agent for the 796-unit New Columbia Apartments in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include facilitating the apartment leasing process, conducting property tours, processing resident applications, responding to resident questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner, completing weekly or monthly reports on leasing activity and occupancy, and supporting community-building efforts to foster a safe, inclusive environment. Must verify eligibility based on program guidelines like LIHTC, PHB, and RAD.

Hourly Rate: $21.00-$23.00/hr. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs. Additional Compensation: a monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
The Affordable Leasing Agent is eligible for benefits first of the month following 30 days of employment.
