Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Analysis - Prepare a wide range of financial analyses including business valuation and damages models for the purposes of litigation, bankruptcy, alternative dispute resolution, internal investigations, and estate/gift tax compliance and planning.
• Research - Perform detailed industry and company research related to client engagements, and summarize the key issues to be included in reports and presentations.
• Presentation Development - Assist in the development of PowerPoint presentations including management presentations, training presentations, and exhibits for trial.
• Reports and Memorandums - Assist in the development of expert reports on damages or other forensic accounting opinions, and written business valuation reports.
• Special Projects - Provide additional support for various special projects as needed to support the goals and objectives of the practice area.
• Administrative/Other - Various other responsibilities may include attending prospect/client meetings, managing client files, supporting the business development efforts of colleagues, and recruiting.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: • Positive attitude and an appetite for learning

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, finance or similar required
• Interest in pursuing and obtaining professional certifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Valuation and/or Fraud Examination
WORKING CONDITIONS: Able to work moderate overtime throughout the year with heavier overtime required during certain business cycles
