Attorney - Commercial Real Estate- REMOTE - Based in Atlanta, GA
Position: Entry-Mid Level Transactional Real Estate Attorney
Location : Remote (Georgia-based practice preferred)
Must have GA license
Engagement : 1099 contractor or part-time W2 (20–30 hours/week, flexible)
Compensation : $75–$120/hour depending on experience
A growing real estate transactional practice is seeking a high-caliber mid-level attorney who can operate with minimal supervision, produce clean first-draft work product, and manage portions of a deal from LOI through closing.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and Review:
Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs)
Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs)
Amendments, assignments, estoppels, and closing certificates
Title commitments (Schedule B), surveys, and objection letters
Entity docs (LLCs, resolutions, consents)
Manage closing checklists and critical dates
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and opposing counsel
Prepare closing packages and escrow instructions
Review environmental, zoning, and easement documents
Draft client-ready emails
Engage with counterparties professionally
Flag issues early and offer solutions, not just summaries
