You do NOT need prior car sales experience. If you have a background in hospitality, high-end retail, customer service, or any field where you've succeeded by helping people, we want to talk to you.

What We Offer:

• Base pay PLUS Bonuses: We pay you while you learn AND bonuses available as you grow!

• Realistic $50,000 - $85,000+ first-year earning potential. Our top performers earn significantly more.

• A modern, hybrid pay plan: You get a stable base pay PLUS generous bonuses. This is NOT a commissioned-based typical sales plan. We WANT our employees to have stability and to grow!
