Home State Bank is hiring a full-time Banking Center Manager at our North McHenry location located across from Olive Garden. This is not a remote or work from home position. What you will do The Banking Center Manager will be responsible and accountable for directing and administering a banking center with generally more than $50 million in core deposits and loans. Ensure that the banking center provides the public with banking products and services for consumer and commercial accounts. Promote growth through the development of deposits, assets, fee-based services and the development and retention of new and existing customers. Ensure all functional areas of Operations are completely and properly performed complying with all required policy, procedure, and compliance requirements. Manage the staff, hiring and scheduling for the location. What You Bring Looking for someone with three (3) years previous banking center manager experience. Ability to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents and government regulations. Ability to write business correspondence in response to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone.
