Requirements
Key Responsibilities: - Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to all guests
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle payments accurately, following established procedures
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening, setup, restocking, and breakdown duties
- Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience preferred
- WA Food Handler's Card/MAST permit
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling is a plus
