Parachuting Top Caliber Accounting Experts To Client's Front Lines

We’re engaged on an interim CAO search for a fast-growing client undergoing significant organizational and system transformation. This role offers the opportunity to provide executive leadership during a critical transition, with direct visibility to the CFO and ownership group.

Key Focus Areas:

• Executive oversight of all corporate and property-level accounting functions
• Stabilize and lead a 20+ person accounting organization through post-merger integration
• Provide hands-on leadership across treasury, financial reporting, audits, tax, REIT accounting, and intercompany transactions
• Guide the implementation of new financial systems (Sage Intacct, Coupa Pay, FloQast)
• Play a key role in shaping the long-term finance organization and potentially assist with the recruitment of a permanent CAO

Details:

• Start: Immediate / within 2 weeks
• Duration: Open-ended interim engagement
• Location: Denver-based, on-site leadership strongly preferred
