Prospera Executive have been mandated to find a CFO for a national provider of commercial roofing and restoration services to partner with the CEO and private equity sponsor in leading the next phase of growth and professionalization. The business has grown from a regional contractor into a nationwide platform serving institutional clients across higher education, retail, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and multifamily sectors.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will play a key leadership role in scaling operations, enhancing financial visibility, and driving disciplined execution in a dynamic, project-based environment.
