Primary essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain and make general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical system, appliances, elevators, ventilation system and building structure of the Club
  • Maintain the Club's pool facility including the filtration system
  • Maintain the Club's residences
  • Conduct plumbing repairs such as leaking pipes and faucets, and clogged drains
  • Perform various duties involving painting, plumbing, carpentry and electric work
  • Maintain the air conditioning, refrigerators and ice makers
  • Keep the workshop areas safe, clean and organized
  • Respond to emergencies at any time
  • Run errands that include transports, deliveries and postal mailings
  • Perform other duties as needed
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, cleaning, climbing and walking
  • Must be able to work in various temperatures
  • Must be able to speak, write and hear effectively
  • Must have valid drivers license
