Data Scientist, Mid

You'll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You'll develop algorithms and systems and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to help clients make informed decisions. You Have:

• 3+ years of experience implementing machine learning models to analyze collected data in Python leveraging libraries
• 2+ years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
• Experience with data cleansing, data analytics, inferential statistics, programming, and system integration to provide data solutions
• Experience with engineering and testing and evaluating the performance of AI prompts
• Knowledge of appropriate analytic methods and methodological tools in applied mathematics or computer programming
• Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with AWS, including S3 or Lambda, or equivalent cloud service provider's
• Experience with technical documentation
• Ability to apply supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms on structured and unstructured datasets
• Possession of excellent critical thinking skills to assess numbers, trends, and data to reach new conclusions based on findings
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
