Job Description
In the Olmatic team, you will play a central role in the analysis and evaluation of data in industrial projects related to renewable energies. Your focus is on the development of data-driven solutions that make a significant contribution to the optimization of software solutions and business processes.
Data analysis and modeling: - Analysis of large data sets to gain valuable insights for the optimization of energy projects.
- Development and implementation of machine learning models and statistical algorithms to predict and improve project results.
- Identification of trends and patterns in data to support informed decisions in the field of renewable energies.
Requirements analysis and concept development: - Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to understand data requirements and develop targeted solutions.
- Design and implementation of data pipelines and architectures that meet the specific requirements of the projects.
- Conception of innovative methods for data collection and processing, taking efficiency and accuracy into account.
Testing and validation: - Carrying out validations of the developed models through comprehensive tests and analyses to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
- Continuous monitoring of model performance and adaptation to new data or requirements.
- Identification of anomalies and potential for improvement in existing models.
Project management and collaboration: - Active participation in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, to drive the development of data-based solutions.
- Management and coordination of project resources to meet schedules and ensure that project goals are achieved.
- Support in integrating the developed models into existing software solutions and business processes.
Documentation and communication: - Creation of clear and understandable documentation for the developed models, algorithms and data processes.
- Presentation of analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders and decision makers.
- Ensuring the traceability and reusability of models and data solutions through comprehensive documentation.

- You have a good command of German and English.
- In-depth knowledge of data science, machine learning and statistics.
- Experience in using programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

- Team orientation and strong communication skills to convey complex technical content in an understandable way.
