We are seeking qualified workers (good communication skills) for various part-time afternoon/evening shifts between 6 AM - 4 PM. These shifts are just for Part Time interested candidates. You will be scheduled Every Other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and the management team may require a flexible day (1) during the week that you would be available to be scheduled if needed. Hours for this position will average out to just a day or maybe two per week.
What is a Hospital Cleaner in Environmental Services?
Hospital Cleaners serve a vital role in making a difference by ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This is a fast-paced position that requires interacting and communicating with others while sanitizing patient rooms and public spaces throughout the hospital. Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is ideal but not required. You will need to communicate fluently in this position as you will have direct contact with patients, families, doctors, nurses and other staff members that will be speaking English.
Schedule:
* Days | 8-hour shifts
* Part-time | 16-31 Hours every two weeks
* Every other weekend/holiday
Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards)
* Wage rates start at $16.73/hour offering more with experience.
* Weekend shift differential is + $1.05/hour.

Duties:
* Hospital cleaners sanitize rooms after patients are discharged. Tasks include: vacuuming, mopping, changing bedding and re-stocking bathrooms. Rooms must be cleaned thoroughly to ensure patient, visitor and staff safety.
* Position includes working with chemicals and coming in contact with bodily fluids.
* PPE is required and provided to protect your health and safety!

Qualifications:
