Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude. • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar. • Verify PPO insurance, process claims, and assist with patient billing. • Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix Ascend software. • Coordinate patient flow and assist the clinical team. • Address patient questions and concerns professionally. • Support additional front office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of dental front office experience preferred. • Knowledge of PPO insurance verification & billing. • Experience with Dental Software Is a plus but not required • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willing to work Saturdays if needed. • Bilingual is a plus but not required.
What We Offer:
• Pay: $18-$22/hour DOE (32 hours/week). • Medical allowances, vacation time, and holiday pay. • Supportive and collaborative work environment.
