COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Annual Salary based on experience and open to discussion
• $10,000 Relocation + $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

• 5 Days CME with 100% covered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Join an Experienced Dentist with a Team Environment 
• General Dentistry practice with some children patients
• Enjoy a 4-day Workweek
• Comfortable Providing Care for a Rural Location
• Staff: 3 Dental Hygienists and 3 Dental Assistants (EFDA)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Open to DDS and DMD Doctors with some Pediatric Training
• Experienced Dentists preferred but open to new graduates
• Will consider J-1 and H1B Visa Candidates
• Ability to obtain a Maine Dental License
• Collegial, team player and works well with support staff
