The DDRC Early Intervention Team of Lakewood, CO seeks to hire a full-time Social Emotional Provider to support children and families in the Jefferson County area. Salary Range : $75,000 - $86,250/year

Schedule : Mon-Thursday work week

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL PROVIDER ON THE DDRC EARLY INTERVENTION TEAM

DDRC's Early Intervention (EI) Team is hiring a Social Emotional Provider to support children (ages 0–3) and families through in-home, community, and telehealth visits. Services follow the primary provider model with a coaching approach. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of therapists, service coordinators, and other specialists, and will also participate in EI evaluations and IFSP development.

Qualifications:

• Part C Early Intervention experience required
• EI evaluation experience preferred
• Bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in homes and on the floor with children

Social Emotional Provider Requirements:

• MSW (LSW/LCSW), LPC or LMFT with early childhood mental health experience or IMH-E
• Completion of DC: 0–5
• Experience with trauma-informed care, behavioral strategies, attachment, autism, and general child development
• Completion of or willingness to complete the required 15-hour Early Intervention Provider Training through EI Colorado
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with a monthly productivity expectation
• Must maintain current licensure and register annually in the statewide EI provider system
• Experience with or willingness to learn documentation in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
