Kelly is hiring an Electronic   Assembler on behalf of a leading provider of connectivity integration, and distribution solutions for many of the world’s most recognized telecommunications, transportation and consumer brands.

\n $18.00 Per Hour
\n
\n Monday – Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
\n
\n Job Summary:
\nIndependently build, assemble, and install complete configuration of electronics, telecommunication or audio/visual equipment’s; sub-assemblies, to racks based on drawings, instructions, and as provided by the customer order.
\n
\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \n

    \n\t
  • Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed\n\t
  • Independently completes the assembly and integration of equipment, components and parts of a given configuration according to engineering drawings, instructions and industry practices\n\t
  • Performs testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards\n\t
  • Perform product packaging with consideration in prevention of damages during transportation\n
\n Physical Demands \n\n
    \n\t
  • Ability to lift and/or push 30lbs\n\t
  • May be seated or stand but must be able to stand for two or more hours at a time \n
\n Skills and Abilities Required: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Use of general tools such as: screw driver, utility knife, socket/wrench sets, pliers, cutter, wire stripper, crimper, etc. and powered hand tools\n\t
  • Reading technical drawings, schematics and diagrams\n\t
  • Use of computer in simple data retrieval or entry\n\t
  • Basic ability to understand and apply manufacturer's equipment installation guide\n
\n Education and Experience Required:
\nHigh school diploma or GED
\n1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment on electronics products
\nKnowledge and experience in electronics background preferred
\n
