We are looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our direct-to-consumer communication, responsible for engaging our community of fans through high-impact campaigns and sophisticated automation.

You’ll live and breathe Klaviyo , using its Shopify integration to build seamless customer journeys—from the moment someone visits our sites for the first time to their fifth gear purchase. If you love looking at a dashboard of analytics to figure out why a specific CTA outperformed another, and you have a passion for the gaming industry, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Brand Campaign Management: Execute high-volume email campaigns across multiple distinct storefronts, ensuring each brand (Bethesda, CDPR, etc.) maintains its unique identity and tone.
• Flow Optimization: Maintain and improve existing Klaviyo flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase) and build new automated sequences based on customer behavior.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor daily/weekly email performance. Use UTM tracking and Klaviyo reporting to measure revenue, open rates, and CTR, providing actionable insights for the next campaign.
• A/B Testing: Constantly test subject lines, send times, and design layouts to optimize for conversion.
• Segmentation: Build and maintain high-intent segments (e.g., "Whales," "Inactive Gamers," "New Releases") to ensure the right message hits the right inbox at the right time.
• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing on all emails to ensure links, tracking, and rendering are flawless across all devices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within e-commerce, gaming, or entertainment.
• Klaviyo Proficiency: Experience building segments and automated flows is essential.
• Analytical Rigor: A strong understanding of UTM structures, conversion rates, and how to use data to justify creative decisions.
• Adaptive Writing: The ability to switch "voices" seamlessly

• Attention to Detail: You catch the broken link or the typo before the email goes out to thousands of people.

Bonus Points If...

• You are a gamer yourself and understand the hype cycles of new releases and hardware.
• You have basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom email styling.
• You have experience with SMS marketing integrations.
