Entry-Level Real Estate Agent – Start Your Career with Structure and Support

If you’re newly licensed or working toward your license and want to build a real career in real estate, this role gives you the guidance and training you need to get started the right way. Compensation:

$125,000 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Conduct property tours and open houses, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each listing.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop effective marketing strategies that highlight our properties and attract qualified buyers.
  • Manage and update client information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing real estate documents, including purchase agreements and contracts, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and stay informed about market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring a positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License required or in progress.
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to build relationships and trust.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to guide clients through the buying or selling process.
  • Proven track record of being organized and detail-oriented, ensuring all client interactions and transaction details are meticulously recorded.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, utilizing our training resources to enhance your real estate sales skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to develop strategies for successful transactions.
  • Motivation to follow up promptly with leads, building strong client relationships and trust.
  • Flexibility to set your own hours, demonstrating self-discipline and time management skills to meet client needs and achieve sales goals.
