About the RoleAt avad3 Event Production, we’re looking for a systems-minded, operations-driven leader to oversee the gear, people, and technology that power our events. The Technical Director role blends hands-on shop leadership with strategic thinking about gear lifecycle and company-wide IT systems. You’ll lead our team of production techs and with clear direction and ensure our internal IT setup supports our team’s success. This role combines mentorship, technical operation and process improvement with time in the field doing the production work you love.
