Job Description

Unicorn SaaS startup is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CRO. This is a great opportunity to join a well-known company with an inspiring leadership team. In partnership with the CRO and Chief of Staff, you'll manage a busy calendar to align priorities, sit in meetings on behalf of the Executive to take notes & determine action items, book travel, and plan events such as Sales Kick Offs and team offsites while managing the Executive's day-to-day. Someone who operates with a sense of urgency to quickly shift and prioritize who has strong cross-functional partnership skills. Previous experience supporting a CRO or Sales leader is desired. This role is 3 days/week in office in downtown Austin, TX. 140-175K+ DOE + equity, amazing health benefits, 401k with matching, unlimited PTO, and other great perks!

Responsibilities:

• Manage CRO's busy calendar, including coordinating and organizing meetings aligned with daily priorities.
• Draft written communications and ghostwrite as needed.
• Book travel arrangements and transportation, providing detailed itineraries to ensure seamless travel.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the executive, take comprehensive notes, document action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Plan events and offsites such as Sales Kick Offs, leadership and team offsites, etc.
• Work cross-functionally with the Chief of Staff to manage workflows, priorities, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven success supporting a CRO, VP of Sales, or other high-level sales leaders.
• Experienced in planning large-scale events such as Sales Kickoffs, leadership and team offsites.
• Strong understanding of urgency and the fast-paced needs of sales organizations.
• Highly skilled at prioritization, decision-making, and moving initiatives forward quickly.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with a strong bias toward action.
• Proficient in GSuite, Navan, and Workday.
