About You:

You’re an experienced Facebook Ads Strategist with a track-record of scaling eCommerce brands to the moon. You bring deep paid social expertise and a passion for women’s clothing boutiques. The opportunity to pair them together... A dream come true?

In this role, you’ll partner with independent boutique owners to grow their business via paid social strategy – bringing independent fashion brands to shoppers far and wide.

How you’ll contribute…

• Serve as the Ad Strategist for 8-10 boutique fashion brands, driving paid social strategy and execution across Facebook Ads, TikTok, and more.
• Pair paid social expertise (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc) with industry knowledge (fashion, womens apparel, boutique shopping) to drive ROAS.
• Test new audiences, strategies, ad copy, retargeting methodologies, sponsored messaging, and more – optimizing paid social efforts towards client goals.
• Collaborate with an EK Creative Account Manager to ensure campaigns reflect client strategy and business objectives while increasing client satisfaction/NPS.
• Analyze internal reporting, what’s working across the agency, and regularly optimize processes/procedures.

What you bring to the table…

• Foundational paid social experience within eCommerce; channel expertise including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram and TikTok.
• Facebook Ads are your sweet spot. You’ve worked across Facebook Product Catalogs, DPA/Catalog ads, Facebook live, social selling, comment selling (bonus points: CommentSold), and/or messenger marketing.
• Smart strategy meets stellar execution. You drive strategy with the best of them, then roll up your sleeves and pull the levers to make it happen.
• A passion for fashion, apparel, and women’s clothing boutiques – supporting a client portfolio of independent boutique owners is a dream!
• You’re equal parts problem-solver, analytical, and creative – your clients and team love you for it!
