Position Summary The selected applicant will assist with daily operations of the Fine Arts Programs, including Music, Theatre, and Art, to enhance the program at NEO. Essential Functions Perform instructional duties, exercising judgment and discretion in teaching students. Conduct on-site recruiting visits to bands, choirs, and art programs in the four-state service area at least once per semester. Help develop recruiting strategies for NEO Fine Arts Programs. Assist in executing communication plans with state and area fine arts programs. Support fine arts event and performance management. Cover Fine Arts courses as needed. Coordinate campus visits for prospective students. Consult with the NEO web designer to improve fine arts segments on the website. Collaborate with social media influencers for updates and improvements on fine arts segments. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.
