The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full stack development, enterprise system architecture, Salesforce platform integration, and modern programming languages. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade applications with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Lead full stack development initiatives using technologies such as Node.js, React.js, Python, and Java. Design and implement integrations across Salesforce, ERP systems, and SaaS platforms using tools like MuleSoft or equivalent. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, system performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting. Required Qualifications 10+ years of full stack development experience with modern frameworks and languages (Node.js, React.js, Python, Java). Extensive experience with Salesforce platform development and integration. Strong understanding of enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). 5+ years of architectural leadership experience in designing and delivering complex enterprise systems. Proven experience integrating core systems such as CRM, ERP, and third-party SaaS platforms. Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional enterprise platforms and integration tools.
