About the Job Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead store teams, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store excellence. The role is a step toward future management or franchiseownership opportunities. Job Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, including cost controls, inventory control, and cash handling. Set the example for hospitality, compliance with all policy and procedure guidelines, and hold the crew to the same standard. Manage shift staffing, paper work, and scheduling; control labor costs. Maintain store cleanliness and equipment operation. Provide great customer service, resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Work to a schedule, ensuring store image and standards are met. General Job Duties for All Store Team Members Operate all equipment and store systems. Stock ingredients, store products, and keep the work area organized. Prepare food products, handle deliveries, and receive orders via phone or in person. Maintain inventory records and clean equipment daily. Training & Skills Orientation and on‑job training are provided. Strong verbal and written communication; ability to give clear instructions. Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide and process monetary change. Computer/procedural skills: enter orders on a keyboard or touch‑screen. Navigation skills for on‑site directions and delivery routes. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, and lifting are required. Typical tasks include carrying and lifting product deliveries up to 50 pounds, stacking on shelves up to 72”, pushing trays on dollies, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders.
