Location: New York City (In-office 4 days per week, 1 day remote)

Job Requirements:
This position requires the candidate to work onsite at least four days per week in our New York City office.

Dana-co is the leading design company of luxury womens intimate apparel brands, Natori, Skarlett Blue, and Oh La La Cheri. Renowned for our superior fit, high-quality fabrics, and innovative design concepts, we are seeking a Graphic Artist to join our Brand Marketing team. This role plays an integral part in supporting the development and execution of creative projects across all channels for all three brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing advertising-ready brand campaigns and marketing collateral for both print and digital platforms. Were looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment while adhering to brand standards and internal processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing team to conceptualize, create and design layouts and assets. Create and produce collateral aimed at fulfilling marketing objectives on all projects assigned.
  • Provide design and production support for all brand communications including but not limited to emails, social media, advertising (print, digital, OOH), events and in-store signage collateral.
  • Manage photo processing tasks, including cropping, editing, color correction, and retouching to ensure all product and brand images meet high-quality standards.
  • Format and resize images according to specific retailer and platform requirements, ensuring seamless integration across multiple sales channels.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to create and manage hangtags, care labels, and packaging, maintaining alignment with brand standards.
  • Support broader brand marketing efforts, including photoshoot assistance such as art direction, styling input, model casting, photo crew coordination, prop sourcing, and creative content development for projects as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of brand decks and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience as a graphic designer, production artist, or similar, ideally within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong eye for typography, color, and layout design.
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
  • Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
  • Resourceful self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Retail/fashion design experience a plus
  • Ability to create and edit videos a plus
