Job Description Are you look for a new role with a great company? Cardinal Staffing is seeking a skilled Hot Oiler Operator for a long-standing, family-owned environmental services and excavation company in Webberville, MI. In this role, the driver/operator will safely operate a dedicated Hot Oiler Truck and perform field operations at multiple client sites. Hourly rate ranges from $30- $50/hr. based on experience | Full-Time | Hours vary depending on job site needs.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities : - Carry and lay out hoses and pipe joints from the truck to the wellhead or battery.
- Check gauges and valves safely and efficiently.
- Operate high-pressure pumps and burners for heating fluids.
- Test tubing and casing integrity with high-pressure equipment.
- Circulate hot oil or water to remove paraffin buildup.
- Connect and disconnect hoses and pipe joints using hand tools.
- Safely drive and operate the Hot Oiler Truck to and from job sites.
- Attend and participate in safety meetings.
- Follow all company, customer, and safety regulations.
- Report all incidents immediately.
- Work in all weather conditions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : - CDL Class A with HazMat and Tanker (X) endorsements.
- Minimum 2+ years of Hot Oiler operating experience.
- Maintenance experience on Class 8 vehicles and Hot Oiler equipment preferred.
- Valid DOT medical card.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle hoses, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work long hours and in varying outdoor conditions.
- Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
