Responsibilities: Candidate must be a friendly, caring, goal and team-oriented individual that is self-motivated We work smart as a team, and we are looking for someone to help take us to the next level Supports dental office to ensure accuracy of fees, insurance and patient estimates Completes detailed verification forms for new and outdated insurance as needed Ensures patient accounts are complete with accurate information Reviews treatment plans and calculates accurate patient estimates Provides follow up to AR Dept for claim EOB inquires Participates in special projects and tasks as assigned Fills in for other Insurance Coordinators as needed Assists and conducts training of new home and dental office team members Attends and contributes to monthly meetings Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years experience and knowledge of dental insurance Experience with Cloud9 or TAB32 is a plus Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation Skilled in the use of standard office equipment, including telephones, calculators, copiers, fax, computers, and computer software (MS Excel, Word, Practice Management software) Triangle Family Dentistry, 3415 Rogers Rd, Wake Forest, North Carolina, United States of America #J-18808-Ljbffr Trianglefamilydentistry
