Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This role involves client pitching and idea generation, supporting the structuring of client solutions, transaction execution and preparing presentations on relevant market themes and developments. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Works closely with senior CIB professionals
Performs assigned duties with some independence, including but not limited to, due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development
Serve as a member of merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams, providing credit underwriting support, drafting information memoranda, developing management and investor presentations

BA/BS degree
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills

2 years of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
