We are seeking a creative and skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our Global Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our Global Sales audience, encompassing online, blended, and instructor-led modalities. You will apply your expertise in rapid eLearning development tools, instructional design principles, and visual design to create impactful and user-friendly learning solutions that drive sales performance worldwide. This role requires a passion for crafting innovative learning solutions and a strong understanding of e-learning development standard processes, visual design principles, and adult learning theory. Responsibilities include designing and developing engaging and interactive online and blended learning solutions using e-learning authoring tools, primarily Articulate Rise and Storyline; creating and producing high-quality materials supporting multi-modal learning experiences such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, and assessments; designing and implementing visually appealing and on-brand graphics, layouts, videos, and user interfaces for online courseware and ILT materials ensuring accessibility and usability for a global audience; updating and maintaining course tracking library, metadata, and course evaluation metrics; integrating eLearning content into Workday Learning Management System (LMS), managing course settings and enrollments; troubleshooting LMS-related issues and collaborating with LMS administrator; and collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials. Basic qualifications include 5+ years of experience in designing and developing eLearning in Articulate Rise and Storyline, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories, and working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday LMS. Other qualifications include project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides, visual design principles, video editing software, ability to work independently and in teams, strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience creating accessible and localized learning content for sales audiences.
