Required Qualifications University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field of studies. 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Strong knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming languages such as C#. Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE. Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems. Recent (current or last project) solid and in‑depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects - Customer Service Module. Ability to take business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - Customer Service Module. Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (helpful). Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing). Knowledge of the Dataverse. Experience in Software Delivery. Skills on Power BI and Azure automated deployments (nice to have). Autonomy in the application design. Attitude to problem‑solving. Dynamism and flexibility. Additional Qualifications Knowledge of DevOps / Agile methodologies. Ability to work effectively in a team. Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure.
