Job Summary Millennium Space Systems is seeking a MuleSoft Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across our enterprise application ecosystem. This role is pivotal in unifying systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, and HRIS to enable seamless data flow and process automation throughout the company. As we scale our operations and accelerate digital transformation, you’ll play a key role in shaping the architecture and governance of our integration strategy. This position's internal job code is Software Engineer. Our team is currently hiring for a level 4. Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement API-led integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Define and enforce integration standards, best practices, and patterns to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability Partner with application, infrastructure, and business teams to identify integration requirements and translate them into robust solutions Develop and maintain reusable APIs and integration assets across enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, MES, HRIS, etc.) Serve as subject matter expert on MuleSoft capabilities, governance models, and lifecycle management Guide technical teams in troubleshooting complex integration issues and improving system observability Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure integrations meet all corporate and regulatory standards Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators supporting MuleSoft-based solutions Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration with 3+ years using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Proven experience designing APIs, data flows, and system integrations for ERP, PLM, MES, or HRIS platforms Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, and integration protocols ( FTP, JMS, etc.) Hands-on experience with MuleSoft components: API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave, and Anypoint Studio Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, including event-driven and service-oriented architectures (EDA/SOA) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Preferred Qualifications MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Developer Experience integrating systems like Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Teamcenter Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices related to API development and deployment Background in the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries Experience with other middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, Informatica) Summary Pay-Range Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only of what is reasonably expected to be paid for the position.
