Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advance d Practice Provider (APP)to join our innovative & growing Neurosurgery team!

General Overview :

• Monday - Friday Schedule; 8 Hour Days
  • Hours can vary slightly from day to day
• No After Hour Call Responsibilities
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Opportunity to perform minor procedures
  • Placing, removing, and managing ventriculostomies, ICP monitors, and surgical drains
• Primary location:CUMC Bergan Bergan Mercy Hospital
• Focus on Continuity of Care for Stroke & Neuroendovascular Patients
• Support Post Procedure Followup Care & Coordination of Care for Patients
