Oracle fusion security Consultant

2 days onsite in Durant, Oklahoma

Need local candidates (Need to be within 150 miles of durant)

Phone and F22

Contract to hire (NO OPT, CPT)

#1- actual fusion security experience, extensive

Level 3- hit the ground running, a lot of projects going on

Implementing EPM right now- 3 live modules

Redwood is a burden on HCM side- transitioning to redwood.- (its all new but if had some experience)

Application background and where to go look for stuff.

Need IDCS (oracle identity cloud service

Role based access control

Regulatory frameworks- nice to have, not required

Its going to be application security within Oracle fusion

No oracle security tools such as oracle advance security, audit, data masking

Doesn't have to have oracle security certs

Applications in oracle suite- nice to have

If have like all domains of oracle- like payroll benefits, they know all the aspects

$doesn't want to limit no bonus

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will provide technical expertise to foster a secure environment that protects sensitive data while helping users work within Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, SCM and EPM.

Primary Tasks:

  • You are an experienced professional with a full understanding of Oracle Cloud security in an enterprise environment; resolve multiple issues in creative ways. Collaborate with team members to provide support for cross-departmental projects, including process improvements for both the customer-facing and internal operations teams related to the security of the systems.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
  • Normally receive little instruction on daily work, general instructions on new assignments.
  • Communicate inside the department (IT). Align basic projects and work to achieve departmental goals. Articulate standard operational challenges in an understandable way to an audience unfamiliar with departmental concepts.
  • Influence department on multiple issues about specialty. Contribute to overall impact toward departmental goals.
  • You will define designs and documents the Oracle Cloud security mechanisms and tools. Recommend improvements necessary to guarantee an acceptable risk level/security posture of systems.
  • Follow security compliance requirements. Independently accomplish quarterly and annual compliance activities. Help develop compliance requirements.
  • Use security strategy and procedures to perform tasks. Support the development and documentation of Oracle Cloud security strategy and supporting procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical/business discipline or 4 years' experience in professional environment
  • 6 years' additional experience supporting access management systems
  • 4 years' experience with Oracle Cloud product suite
  • 4 years' experience with change control and ticket fulfillment processes across enterprise software environments
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud role design and data security policy development across functional applications (ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM)
  • 3+ years of experience with Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SOD) frameworks and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) protection techniques
  • Excellent spoken and written correspondence skills, customer service and documentation skills.
