We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to enhance our practice at CHRISTUS South New Mexico Orthopedic Surgery Associates.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Annual Patient Volume: 4,000 patient visits.
• CSNM Bone & Joint caters to a broad area, reducing competition while increasing patient opportunities.

Key Procedures Include:

• Fracture Care & Trauma Surgery: Essential for injuries from farming, construction, and outdoor activities.
• Arthroscopic Procedures: Minimally invasive repairs for knees, shoulders, and ankles.
• Sports Medicine Procedures: Includes ACL reconstructions and tendon repairs.
• Carpal Tunnel & Hand Surgery: Commonly performed for an aging population and general workforce injuries.
• Revision Surgeries: Addresses complications from previous joint surgeries.
• Total Joint Replacements: Includes hip, knee, and shoulder replacements catering to the aging population.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in general orthopedic practice.
• Proficiency in joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture care.
• Fellowship training in joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma is preferred but not required.
• Excellent surgical skills in both minimally invasive and traditional techniques.
• Experience collaborating with physical therapists and pain management specialists.

Sponsorship Available:
H1B and J1 visa sponsorships can be provided for qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• Eligibility for or acquisition of a New Mexico medical license.
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
