Olive and Finch, an award winning fine casual concept is currently hiring a Pastry Chef and Manager. We specialize in "scratch made, chef-driven food"! We are looking for career-minded individuals with BIG personalities! - Pastry Chef/Manager (Full-time) - Full availability Monday through Sunday mornings and nights - Duties and responsibilities include managing the daily pastry and food operation of a wholesale operation, including the selection, development and performance management of all employees in the back of the house including the kitchen management teams. In addition, oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that recipes and health regulations are being followed. Viennoisserie and patisserie experience is required.
