Experience & Skills Required
What You Need:
Acute care or rehabilitation nursing experience is a plus
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
A team player dedicated to quality patient care and safety Critical illness recovery hospital specializing in extended acute care for patients with complex medical conditions. Our team provides advanced, individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from serious illnesses, injuries, or surgeries. With a focus on rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, and multidisciplinary care, we help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Your Role:
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team
Deliver direct patient care, focusing on education and rehabilitation
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Support discharge planning from day one to promote continuity of care
Communicate effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain a safe and positive work environment Active WI State RN License What You Need:
Acute care or rehabilitation nursing experience is a plus
