Project Manager – Design Build Remodeling

Lifestyle KB is a design-build remodeling company specializing in creating beautiful, functional spaces for our clients. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable leading trade partners and coordinating with clients to ensure every project runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all jobsite duties for residential remodeling projects.
• Maintain excellent communication with homeowners, trade partners, and internal team members—both written and verbal.
• Actively listen and address client questions and concerns promptly.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule over the entire duration of the job.
• Coordinate deliveries and materials to keep projects on track.
• Update internal project management software with jobsite progression, notes, and documentation.
• Identify and manage change orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing consistent updates and clear expectations.
• Lead and supervise trade partners to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Perform light-duty construction tasks as needed to support jobsite progress.
• Resolve conflicts with professionalism and focus on project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential construction management experience, including scheduling, procurement, and production oversight across all phases of construction.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, safe operating practices, and basic maintenance.
• Ability to use project management software (experience with JobTread is a plus).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely move around active construction sites, including uneven surfaces and stairways.
• May require moving, lifting, or transporting materials on site as needed.
