Location: Washington, DC Metro Area – Onsite Clearance Requirement: CBP Background Investigation (BI) We are currently looking to fill a Project Manager I – Training Lead role. Responsibilities & other details are listed below: Responsibilities Design and deliver training for help desk agents, including new hire onboarding, refresher training, and ad-hoc sessions. Create and maintain Training SOPs, guides, learning objectives, schedules, and tracking mechanisms. Align training with CBP policy, tools, and customer service expectations. Monitor training effectiveness through performance observation and audit reviews. Ensure staff complete mandatory federal and CBP training within specified deadlines. Coordinate quarterly reviews and updates to curricula in response to technology or process changes. Eligibility & Qualifications U.S. Citizen with an active CBP BI clearance. Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and delivering training, ideally within a help desk or IT support environment. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Experience with adult learning models and technical training materials development. Familiarity with service desk workflows and tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
