As the contracted staffing firm with a ten-year contract at DFW International Airport, we are seeking a team of individuals for a full-time assignment as GUEST ASSISTANT .

Interacts extensively with internal and external customers and works with team members to provide direction, information, and general assistance. Delivers exceptional customer service/care.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Uses a two-way radio, telephone, or bus intercom system to communicate and receive information concerning, both verbally and through text messaging.
• Directs and assists airline passengers on and off of DFW buses to ensure AOA safety.
• Assists passengers as needed with carry-on luggage.
• Assists team in boarding/deboarding and securing guests in wheelchairs.
• Locates and retrieves items left on buses.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness of fleet vehicles.

Uniforms are provided.

Requirements to be successful:

COMMUNICATE CLEARLY VIA TWO-WAY RADIO, TELEPHONE AND FACE-TO-FACE IN ENGLISH

Qualifications
• US work authorization (Required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Must have a current/valid driver license
