A rapidly expanding online publishing brand is hiring entry-level content assistants to help launch and manage nonfiction mini eBooks on Amazon’s Kindle platform. This is a fully remote role suited for applicants with no prior experience, no degree, and no professional background in writing . All training, templates, and publishing systems are provided.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy writing, researching everyday topics, or learning how to use modern AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in content creation. You’ll follow a guided process to create short Kindle books that are published under the company’s brand, earning monthly royalties and reader engagement metrics.
This role offers flexible hours, a simple onboarding process, and the ability to work from anywhere with a laptop and internet connection.
As a Remote AI Content Publishing Assistant, you’ll be responsible for producing clear, well-structured nonfiction eBooks based on provided outlines and topic prompts. These books are between 3,000–7,000 words and focus on practical topics readers are already searching for on Amazon.
You’ll receive full training on how to use built-in research tools, AI writing assistants (like ChatGPT), and publishing templates to create professional-quality content—even if you’ve never written a book before.
Research beginner-friendly nonfiction topics using provided tools
Use AI assistance (ChatGPT) and pre-built prompts to develop book drafts
Follow chapter templates to organize content in a logical, reader-friendly flow
Format manuscripts to meet Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) standards
Craft compelling titles, descriptions, and keyword tags using included guides
Organize internal content structures for maximum reader engagement
Follow checklists to ensure books meet visibility and formatting requirements
Use step-by-step instructions to upload completed books to Amazon KDP
Assist with launch visibility strategies using the press release template provided
Monitor basic royalty performance using built-in dashboards (no analytics experience required)
Monday–Tuesday:
Select a topic and outline your book using the system’s niche tools and templates.
Wednesday–Thursday:
Use AI writing prompts and drafting tools to build out content chapters, review, and refine.
Friday:
Format the manuscript, create a simple book cover, and upload to KDP using walkthroughs.
Saturday (Optional):
Launch the book using a press release or metadata boost strategy and log your publishing milestone.
This is an entry-level role . We provide everything you need to succeed. The ideal candidate is someone who:

Can follow instructions and complete tasks independently
