Hiring PART TIME User Research Moderators to join a dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ!
This is an electronic device research study from 10/27 - end of January.
PART TIME ONLY: 6 hours per day, 4 days (24 hours total).
*day shifts will only be between Monday to Thursday, must commit to the full 24 hour schedule. Address: Phoenix, AZ 85027
Overview: Insight Global is seeking a User Research Moderator to support a wearable consumer device study part time Monday to Friday 24 hours a week (6 hours a day for 4 days). The moderator will facilitate participant flow, ensure smooth session logistics, and assist with documentation and data quality. Each moderator will administering a mini survey to participants every 10 minutes. You'll have to be detail oriented while asking questions, recording data and using a stopwatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing equipment and materials for standardized tests
Guide participants through study procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of instructions.
Troubleshoot session logistics and equipment setup as needed to maintain timing and protocol adherence.
Accurately document participant attendance and session timing; support study managers in entering results
Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality standards throughout all interactions. Communicate effectively with study staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
