Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of success? We’re seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at an iconic, destination restaurant in Washington, DC. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-profile establishment known for its exceptional dining experiences and outstanding reputation.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 annually (commensurate with experience and skillset)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
  • Tenured General Manager leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with bar operations.
  • Proven success managing operations with $5M+ annual F&B sales .
• Leadership:
  • Ability to oversee a full team of subordinate managers, events specialists, and chefs.
  • Strong track record of building sales, driving profitability, and exceeding guest and employee expectations.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering a positive team culture.

About the Role:

As the General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring financial success, operational excellence, and a world-class guest experience. You’ll work closely with your team to drive sales, maintain profitability, and uphold the restaurant’s reputation as a premier dining destination in Washington, DC.
