Visit cat.com to learn more about Cat Financial. The Role Support the Salesforce CRM Deployment team within the Application Division in IT. The role will be responsible in partnering with peers to deliver Salesforce Voice Cloud and Agentforce 360 globally. Close interactions with business analysts for requirement building. Salesforce Voice development experience required for external candidates. Additional technologies will include AutoRabit, GIT, ServiceNow. An understanding of software deployment and life cycle and code management best practices required. An understanding of AWS Connect and TCOM functionalities preferred. What You Will Do Participates in developing, coding and testing computer programs for relatively straightforward or small projects. Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development. Provide detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs. Contribute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. What You Can Demonstrate Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design. Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end‑users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design). System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms. System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle. Systems Software Infrastructure: Knowledge of computer architecture and system software interaction; ability to design and build a fundamental architecture of operating systems, database management systems, communications protocols, compilers and other development tools. Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation. Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines or documents on standards, processes and applications. Top Candidate Will Bring Must Have Salesforce Voice Cloud (SVC) : Proven experience working with Salesforce Voice Cloud, particularly in implementation projects that enhance customer engagement and service delivery. Agentforce 360 Exposure : Hands‑on experience with Agentforce 360, particularly in customizing and optimizing agent workflows and performance tracking. Nice To Have Certified Platform Developer I : Holds a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, demonstrating strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. AutoRABIT Experience : Familiarity with AutoRABIT for managing CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release automation within Salesforce environments. GIT Expertise : Strong understanding of Git‑based version control systems, with the ability to manage branches, resolve conflicts, and maintain clean code repositories. Additional Information This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.
