Our client, a Global Manufacturer is looking to hire a Senior Commercial Counsel to join the global commercial group of their legal team out of North Houston. In this role, you will lead all commercial legal matters for each division of the company, as well as interact with all levels of management on both the commercial and the business end. Teams you'll be working in tandem with in addition to the commercial team include procurement, sales, marketing, IT, finance, quality, etc. You will also be encouraged to utilize your background to assist with and reach expanding your practice from solely commercial work to areas of interest.

Compensation: 220,000 - 250,000 with bonus & benefits.
