This role blends front-end engineering expertise with conversion-focused strategy to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy high-impact user experiences. You’ll collaborate across disciplines—working closely with product managers, designers, back-end developers, and marketers—to deliver seamless, performant, and conversion-optimized features using platforms like Adobe Target or Optimizely. What You’ll Do Build, inject, and manipulate front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within CRO platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely). Rapidly prototype and deploy A/B and multivariate tests across key user journeys. Collaborate with product managers, designers, back-end engineers, and marketers to define hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and ensure technical feasibility. Work in agile sprints to deliver high-velocity experimentation with minimal disruption to core codebases. Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs. Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code for test variants and UI enhancements. What You Bring 4+ years of front-end or full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a CRO-focused role. Deep knowledge of JavaScript (vanilla and/or jQuery) , HTML5 , and CSS3 . Experience with CRO platforms like Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Comfort working in sandboxed environments or via tag managers (e.g., Adobe Launch, GTM). Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions. A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Nice to Have Familiarity with React, Vue, or other modern JS frameworks. Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-traffic consumer platforms. The annual salary range for this position is ($78,000- -$126,500 ). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors , including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
