Job Description

Salary: $110,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in network engineering within multi-site enterprise environments
• Over 2 years of hands-on expertise in routing, Wi-Fi, switching, wireless technologies, and firewalls
• Familiarity with network services and integrations such as VLANs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, basic PKI, VPN, AAA, and NAC concepts
• At least 1 year of experience with Office 365, Exchange, Intune, and Teams
• More than 1 year of experience with Azure cloud networking infrastructure tools, database instances, and virtual environments
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role

• Act as the senior point of escalation for network incidents, leading troubleshooting and restoration efforts
• Plan, implement, and validate complex network modifications and ongoing enhancements
• Guide network upgrades, migrations, and refreshes while coordinating cutovers, maintenance windows, testing, and rollback plans
• Establish and uphold secure network standards for configuration, segmentation, naming conventions, IP addressing, and documentation
• Develop and maintain precise network diagrams, runbooks, and technical documentation, ensuring change records are thorough and functional
• Mentor and manage Level I and Level II network support training for a broader technology team
• Conduct ongoing SWOT and risk analyses regarding infrastructure health and direction, with regular updates throughout the year
