Job Description

•Experience in building monitoring dashboards in Grafana, Splunk, cloud monitoring etc.,
•Create dashboard for proactive monitoring
•Automate alerts, notifications & Daemon processes
•Good RCA and communication skills
•Experience in AWS Services such as Lambda, SNS,SQS, deployment services CI/CD Pipeline, Version Control tools, Monitoring tools
•Should have experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
•Should have knowledge in automation tools like ansible, chef, puppet, Gitlab, terraform, cloud formation, etc..
•Ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of a website or application
•Provide solution support and configuration changes across all environments.
•Deep understanding of how distributed systems work in order to be able to troubleshoot and optimize them
•Code/Data deployment and release support
•Being able to solve problems quickly and effectively
Willing to work in shifts and weekends

Roles & Responsibilities
•Identify the root cause and application causing the issue
•Identify the issues as code, configuration and finding the application that is causing the bottleneck.
•Work with different stakeholders to fix the issue
•Troubleshoot, debug any production issue
•Excellent verbal and written communication
•Ability to run the deployment bridges
•Providing weekend and deployment support

Bachelors Degree
