Job Description

Portrays various medical, behavioral, and emotional scenarios involving established/scripted scenes in support of training of clinical professionals throughout the organization. Provides feedback to clinical professionals (learners) regarding their conduct, response, and medical assessment. Job Responsibilities: Portrays medical scenarios or cases with learners in teaching and/or assessment activities. Simulates all aspects of the scenario, using history of current problem, affect/behavior, and physical findings, in a standardized, accurate, and realistic manner. Participates with learners in mock interviews, counseling, and/or physical examinations. Provides constructive feedback to learners as coached. Uses ongoing feedback from supervisors/trainers and incorporates it into case simulations. Accurately and consistently completes History and Physical checklists, indicating areas addressed or not addressed by the learner during scenario assessments. Performs related duties as required. Job Experience & Qualifications: 0-1 years of relevant experience required. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
