Opportunity:
\nPharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work weekdays with variable weekends required
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience required
\n• Acute/Inpatient Pharmacy experience required
\n• 40 hours of orientation provided
\n• Epic charting system experience required
\n• Serve patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Work in 320-bed facility with daily census of 200 patients
\n• Required certifications: BCPS, BLS, Board Certified, Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification, PharmD, State licensed
\n• Must complete lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
\n• License in-hand required before start date
\n• ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/Nursys required with submission
\n• Community Hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I experience preferred
\n• Trauma Level II experience required
\n• Complete 2-3 hours of modules during first 16 hours of orientation
\n• Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
\n• Handle various pharmaceutical responsibilities including compounding, sterile technique, medication storage, and therapeutic monitoring
