Key Responsibilities:

•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Develop, implement, and maintain company travel policies and procedures.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Oversee the planning and booking of travel arrangements for employees including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel related services.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Monitor travel expenses, analyze data and identify opportunities for cost savings.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Provide travel support and guidance to employees.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Manage relationships with travel suppliers.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Address and resolve any travel related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their travel needs and concerns effectively.
Requirements and Skills:
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Proven experience as a travel manager, travel coordinator or similar role.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Extensive knowledge of corporate travel management, travel policies and industry practices.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Strong leadership and team management skills.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Proficiency in travel booking systems, software, and travel management platforms.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Attention to detail and a focus on cost-efficiency and compliance.
•& & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & Ability to manage travel related emergencies and issues calmly and effectively
